This   Referral   Policy   is   being   organized   by   Fynd   Academy   (“us”,   “we”,   “Fynd Academy”)   on
https://www.fynd.academy/  ("Platform")   and  applies   to   participants   (referred   to   as   “Referrer”,
“your’’   or   “you”)   who   are   participating   in   Fynd   Academy’s   referral   scheme   (the   “Referral
Programme”).  You  are  deemed  to  be  participants  in  the  Referral  Programme  if  you  submit  a
referral   via   your   account   on   the   Platform.   Please   note,   any   in-person   or   any   other   alternative
methods of referral shall not be considered valid for the purpose of Referral Programme.

By participating in this Referral Programme, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all of the
terms and conditions of this referral policy (“Policy”), which are in addition to and subject to Fynd
Academy’s “Terms of Use” and “Privacy Policy’’ available on the Platform.

Fynd Academy offers accelerated learning program for freshers and experienced professionals to
upscale their practical skills via live courses available on the Platform along with aligning academic
education   with   industry   standards,   providing   opportunities   to   network   with   like-minded   peers,
access a resource library and gain career assistance (“Program”). By accepting this Policy, you
consent, agree and undertake to abide, be bound to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to
this Policy, please do not participate in the Referral Programme. Fynd Academy reserves the right
to modify or terminate the Referral Programme, in whole or in part, at any time and in any manner.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

1.The Referrer must either be (a) Fynd Academy alumni (one who has previously completedor undergoing any training from Fynd Academy) or (b) Employees of Fynd Academy. Yourparticipation   in   the   Referral   Programme   is   deemed   if   you   submit   the   referral   via   youraccount   on   the   Platform.   Fynd   Academy   shall   not   accept   any   in-person   or   any   otheralternative methods of referral shall not be considered valid for the purpose of ReferralProgramme.

2. Referrer, upon referring any referral will have to provide name, phone number and emailaddress of the referee on the Platform. Referrer hereby represent and warrant that it hasthe requisite consent/permission under applicable law to collect, store and share any dataand   information   (including   but   not   limited   to   personal   data   received   from   the   referee)(“Referee   Data”)   in   connection   with   Services   and   will   keep   Fynd   Academy,   fullyindemnified against any claims, action, suit brought against by any third party, statutoryand/or regulatory authorities, arising out of or in relation to such Referee Data.

3. Referrer shall be eligible for cash reward, as mentioned on the Platform and/or as may beupdated from time to time (“Reward”). Referrer is eligible for Reward, post receipt of fullpayment of the Program from the referee to Fynd Academy and subject to completion of theRefund Window (as provided under the Terms of Use).

4. Referrer shall not be eligible for a Reward (as mentioned on the Platform), in case if thereferee gets qualified for any scholarship course/program on the Platform.

2. Disbursement of reward:

Rewards will be processed within 30 days post completion ofthe Refund Window (as provided under the Terms of Use).

3: Other Applicable Terms:

1. Reward is a one-time reward. Any referee who enrolls for a subsequent Program on thePlatform again, then no further Reward shall be paid to the Referrer.

2. The benefits under this Policy cannot be clubbed with any other scholarship/fee waiver orother benefits on the Platform.

3. Reward is subject to deduction of TDS at applicable rate in force.

‍

4. We will be reaching out for details viz, PAN, bank details etc for payment of reward and you
shall be responsible in providing accurate information of the same. In case if the Referrer

fails to provide the required details for reward processing within a period of 3 months from
the date of seeking such information, the reward benefit will lapse and become void.

4. Fair Usage Requirements
‍

1. This Policy has been designed with a vision to make upskilling a lucrative and economical
option for the friends and family members of our learner community. The Referrer must
refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, suspicious, deceptive activities with respect to the
Referral Programme.

2. Fynd Academy has the right to evaluate each referrals referred by the Referrer on a case-to-case basis and that Fynd Academy has the power to cancel, block, reject, any referral ifany adverse activity is suspected, at the sole discretion of Fynd Academy. Fynd Academyreserves the right to revoke any such referral at its sole discretion.

3. This Referral Programme shall become void, if restricted or prohibited by law.

4. In the event of any dispute in relation to this Referral Programme, the decision of FyndAcademy in respect of such dispute shall be final and binding and no correspondence orrequest shall be entertained in this behalf.

5. Referrer   hereby   agrees   to   indemnify   and   keep   Fynd   Academy   harmless   against   alldamages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be sufferedby  Fynd  Academy  as  a  consequence  of  (i)  violation  of  this  Policy  by  the  Referrer;  (ii)violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct ornegligence on the Referrer’s part.

6. Referrer agree that, this Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with thelaws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decideover any controversy arising hereinunder.
